Hello there, friends of Unity Joy of Life.
As many of you know, every Thursday evening at four o'clock pacific time, we teach a class on the Quest. It's a Unity class. Anybody can come at any time. It's a Zoom class. You just go to unityjoyoflife.org. The link is below in the description here on this YouTube channel. So if you want to join, everybody's welcome.

But last Thursday, Reverend Beth Ann was talking about a story that she had given herself a label. The label as she was younger was, "I am stupid."
And she walked around with that label and people resonated to that frequency of the label. And it showed her that label is true. And so everything verified that, "Oh, yeah, okay, I guess I am stupid."
And it was later that she realized, "Oh, my gosh, look at this narrative that I've been carrying around with me for years." And she broke free from the narrative.
And that whole story from that class got me thinking, how many labels do we have? How many labels do we fight to keep true? Maybe labels like, "I don't belong, or I'm an addict, or stupid, or poor, or unlucky."
And each label has a frequency that the outer world will resonate with and match it and verify it for you. "Yep, you are unlucky." "Yep, nothing goes right in your life."
The division that the dark energies, if you will, on planet Earth will want you to assign labels. For instance, "that crazy misguided liberal", "those hateful conservatives." We see someone with blue hair, and we slap a label on them. We see someone with a MAGA hat, we slap a label on them. We think that they are these people that are part of the division.
My friends, energy that you send out into the world comes back multiplied.
That's the law. My favorite parable that Jesus taught was the prodigal son. And you might remember the prodigal son comes out into the world, he squanders all of his money, and then he comes back to the father.
And he has all these labels now. He didn't go out into the world with labels, but he came back with all these labels. And he says, "I am not worthy."
Basically, "I'm a loser. I am no longer worthy to be called your son." I mean, he is just feeling bad about himself.
He's got labels just all over the place. And the father basically says, "Hogwash. You are loved. That is all. I love you with an everlasting love."
So, you want to know the trick to having the best day ever? Well, if you are tempted to label yourself, just erase that label and give yourself one label.
"Loved." You are loved with an everlasting love. It doesn't matter what anybody else thinks about you.
The only opinion that matters is what you think about yourself. And you are loved. So, just slap that label "LOVED" on yourself. If you are tempted to label others, just remember what you put out always comes back multiplied. So, instead, just stop, breathe in, and give them the label "LOVED." They are loved with an everlasting love.
Until next time, I'm keeping the faith for you.
