Hello there, friends of Unity Joy of Life! 

Many years ago I was reading a book. It was called Write It Down, Make It Happen by a woman, her name was Ann Klauser, I believe. I don't even think the book is in print anymore. But the idea was to write down your intentions and let the universe orchestrate everything in your favor. So at the time, I was married to someone who wasn't really a great match for me. I didn't know that at the time, but I wrote down my intentions. I wanted a more beautiful, loving, fun, harmonious relationship, and I wanted it with him. But the next thing I knew, he asked for a divorce. It was a complete shock. But, ten months later, I met my darling Steve and we've been happily married ever since. 

So here's the lesson, my friends. You set your intention and the universe will remove everything that doesn't belong. Doors might seem to shut that might have led you into the wrong direction. Here's another story. Steve and I, we've wanted to buy a summer home on Orcas Island for quite some time. We've been looking and looking and looking and we put in an offer on a place that we thought was our our most beautiful next home. That's what we thought. But the owners went with a different offer. And we were heartbroken. We thought this was it. We even waited until the sale was final. We thought for sure it was going to fall through. We thought for sure this was our place. But then there was something inside of me that just reverted back to a statement that I have said for years. I've told my congregations this for years, and I thought, I've got to practice what I preach. 

And my statement with this is, "It may not look good, but there is good in it."

And sure enough, something popped up. We put in an offer and the owners accepted and it is now ours. Our little piece of Heaven.

And the previous owners are such a dream. We really do love and appreciate them. They've been so kind to us. 

Friends, it's easy to get discouraged, but remember, before a miracle manifests - there's always a reshuffling and there is a Divine Orchestration that's going on behind the scenes.

So don't give up. Don't cling on to what could've been. Just trust that something is working in your favor - ALWAYS working in your favor.

Yes, God is making space for something greater.
