Hello there, friends of Unity Joy of Life!

In 2008, my brother was dying of ALS and I was in a lot of emotional pain. He was my best friend. We did a lot of things together, we had a lot of fun history together, and when I heard at first that he was dying, I thought "I don't know how I'm going to do this."

I needed comfort. So, I asked God to guide me to a book. The book that I was deeply guided to was a book that came out at that time. It was called, The Shack. Now, some of you that are familiar with that book, you might be like, "What? The Shack?" because the beginning of the book deals with this character, Mack, who loses his daughter. She's kidnapped and murdered, and he cannot reconcile that in his mind with God. So, God shows up to him in the human form of a woman. He's looking around when she shows up and he asks, "Where am I?" And she says, "You're smack dab in the middle of my love."

When I read those words, it brought me such comfort. Because in Unity, we say, "You are in the middle of the circumference of God's Love", which, I got to say, when you're in pain - you don't want to hear that. You want to hear, "I am smack dab in the middle of God's Love." It's a wonderful affirmation. 

I am smack dab in the middle of God's Love.

Today we are going to be doing a meditation and keeping each other, all those that are viewing this video, are going to receive our little reiki love, if you will. Because, as you know, energy doesn't disappear. It just changes form. So, we get to be of service - every single one of us - to each other - and to our planet. I think the world could use a little being smack dab in the middle of God's Love, what do you think?

So let's just take a moment to just tune in, tap in. And remember a time in your life - you can keep your eyes open or close them - but just remember a time in your life when you felt so comforted, so nurtured, you felt truly like you were smack dab in the middle of God's Love. Just remember that time. Bring that energy into every cell, every atom of your being. And as you do so, I want you to take a moment - we're going to magnify that Love to each other so all those that have or will be watching this video - let us together share that Love with one another. 

Magnifying that Love.

Allow that Love now to just wash over your mind, cleansing your mind. Allow that Love to purify your heart. Allow that Love to heal every atom, every cell of your being. And allow that Love to go before you, making everything calm and smooth you way.  And as a magnified force, all of us here today, let us just send that Love - that magnified Love - to all the places on planet Earth that have forgotten that they are smack dab in the middle of God's Love. As we send Love out to all the dark places on planet Earth, and all the light places, just know that you are doing a mighty, mighty work. 

Take a moment. Let's do this together.
